This 3-week intensive speaks to the students desire to bring the philosophy of yoga into daily life. For years, students have asked for in-depth teaching based on what I offer in public classes regarding the sacred texts such as Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, Upanishads, etc.
Many students crave this deep work without having to commit to a teacher training. So I have developed this series to introduce in detail sacred texts and specific sutras that can be practiced in your relationships, career, and everyday life.
A dedicated Sadhana (spiritual practice) will illuminate how you interface with the world at large. The wisdom of the sacred texts can change your life if you are willing to dig in and practice the spiritual principles of the practice. Through integrating this kind of Sadhana you can realize a joy and a freedom that is lasting and radiant.
This series of 3.5 hour workshops will take the dedicated practitioner through facilitated interpersonal work to identify and shift the inner obstacles.
Each class will consist of approximately 2 hours of lecture/discussion on Sutras and 1.5 hours of asana practice. There will be daily practice and self-study required between sessions.
This is your opportunity to connect with a lifelong practice that is disciplined, devotional, and dedicated.
Open to all levels, some previous experience with Vinyasa yoga is required.
This will be a closed group offered in trilogy only. No drop-ins, no single class options.
DATES: November 5, 12, & 19
Classes take place at Love Story Yoga in San Francisco, space limited
