This workshop is specifically designed to help super-charge the bodies capacity to cleanse and heal. We will use compression and release techniques through asana to stimulate the vayus (currents) of digestion and elimination. This class will begin with a 'sweat your asana off' flow as we move through a dynamic standing pose sequence. We will focus on twists, hip openers and forward folds. The end of class will include sweet longer holds in seated and supine poses to help bring everything back into the sublime. You will have an opportunity to find a deep sense of relief and letting go in this workshop.
