In this immersion we will explore the teachings and stories of Shiva Nataraja. These complex, rich, dynamic, and profoundly relevant teachings are a generous resource for us as we walk though our daily lives. Shiva is the fire keeper; he tends to the flame of change and reminds us that we can’t expect to sit near the fire without feeling the heat.

This immersion will satisfy your hunger for deeper knowledge of the Bhakti (devotional) practices through chanting mantra, deep flowing vinyasa sequences, technical alignment, and personal practices to integrate into your life forever.

The asana theme to this weekend will revolve around the legs, hips, pelvis, and low back. You will be challenged but also nurtured. Come fill your cup, re-invigorate your practice, and elevate your understanding of yoga off the mat.

This weekend is appropriate for strong beginners, advanced practitioners, and teachers. These hours are certified CEU by Yoga Alliance.
