Dates: Friday, May 31 - Sunday, June 2

Do you want more out of your practice? Would you like an entire weekend of complete immersion into the practice as a reset, rekindle or retreat for your body mind and soul? Do you want to learn more about chanting? Do you want time to explore the philosophy and how it relates to your actual life? Would you like more detailed asana instruction and technique? Do you want to understand how to engage in sacred devotional practices at home? If you want more, this was made for you.

This Bhakti Immersion module is based on Goddess Lakshmi and her qualities of abundance, purpose, beauty, grace, spiritual wisdom, generosity, harmony, and sustainability. We will invite these aspects into our practice and lives through chanting, meditation, lecture / discussion, a detailed asana lab, inner personal work and Steph’s signature full-on vinyasa flows. Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of devotion and calls on us to integrate the practice into every aspect of our lives.
